Sourced from our good friends at India Riverdale Estate, Cascara, also known as coffee cherry tea, is the pulped skins of the coffee cherry collected after the coffee bean has been extracted, then sun dried.
When brewed you will experience a sweet syrupy mouthfeel, with notes of hibiscus, rose hip, cherry, currant and mango.
