Riverdale Estate is along the Eastern Ghat Mountains located near the small town called yercaud or locals call them a “Shevaroys hill ” in India. This region is well know for growing Arabica Selection 9 and selection 5B, this variety of coffee is a derivative of a cross between Ethiopian Tafarikela and Hybrido-de-Timor, and has all the exceptional qualities that are displayed by Tafarikela in the cup.

Honey 48 is an experimental lot after the coffee is pulped we store the wet parchment in the airtight bag in a controlled environment and constantly monitoring the temperature.This type of honey process has intense sweet, candy flavor it the cup versus the normal honey process try it for yourself.
